Say what is actually possible
If a line cannot be supplied at the volume, format or cost being asked for, we say so at the enquiry stage. An accurate no is worth more to a buyer than an optimistic maybe.

Quotations, minimum order requirements and lead times are confirmed in writing before an order is placed, so both sides are working from the same position.
