Trade accounts
Open a Trade Account
A trade account fixes how you buy from Lowell Resolve — agreed pricing, agreed ordering and agreed terms, applied consistently to every order. It is the right step once supply becomes regular rather than one-off.
- Who can apply
- UK businesses buying products in commercial quantities for resale or for the running of their operation.
- What you need
- Your trading details, a main contact, a trading address and an idea of the categories you buy.
- No obligation
- Applying does not commit you to an order, and an account is not created until we confirm it.
Why open an account
Agree the commercial basis once, then buy against it.
- Pricing agreed once
- Commercial pricing is recorded against your account and applied to every order, rather than renegotiated line by line each time you buy.
- Faster reordering
- Repeat orders run against the lines and terms already agreed, so a routine top-up takes a confirmation rather than a fresh enquiry.
- A named point of contact
- Account customers deal with the commercial team directly, which makes availability, substitutions and timing questions quicker to resolve.
- Terms in writing
- Ordering, pricing and the commercial terms that apply are documented on the account so both sides are working from the same position.
Trade accounts are for
- Shops and retailers buying stock for resale
- Independent businesses buying consumables in volume
- Hospitality, catering and facilities operators
- Online sellers and marketplace traders
- Contractors and service businesses buying supplies
Trade accounts are not for
- Individual consumers buying for personal use
- One-off purchases below commercial quantities
- Businesses not able to confirm trading details
Lowell Resolve is a business-to-business wholesaler and does not supply the general public.
